2-Ply SW Sock

2-Ply SW Sock is the ideal yarn for your sock knitting needs! But don't stop there! This versatile fingering weight base made of 2-Ply 80% Superwash Merino and 20% Recycled Nylon is fantastic for shawls, sweaters, fingerless gloves, and more! Each skein holds approximately 400 Yards (365 Meters).

Each of our yarns is hand dyed with high quality fibers and professional acid dyes in our Rochester, NY studio. Part of the fun of hand dyeing is that each skein is unique. Variations can occur from skein to skein even out of the same dye pan. For projects using more than one skein we recommend alternating skeins.

All of our yarn has been thoroughly washed and rinsed, but we still recommend washing hand dyed items individually, especially the first time.

All of our superwash bases are safe to machine wash and dry, but I prefer hand washing mine in cold water and laying flat to dry.
